Eric Minkove

Eric leads Cranemere’s healthcare services team and serves as Chairman of NorthStar Anesthesia and Arietis Health and also serves as a board member of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates and Extant Healthcare. Prior to Cranemere, Eric was a Partner at TPG Growth, the CEO of PSA Healthcare (now Aveanna) and BestPractices. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from James Madison University. Eric serves as a member of the board of the HSC Healthcare System (a nonprofit serving children with medical complexity affiliated with Children’s National) and resides in Washington DC with his wife, Lilly, and their three children.

The most important advice I benefitted from receiving is “Focus on the who.” A career is spent endeavoring to solve (hopefully) worthy challenges through teams.

The energy, learning and enjoyment one gets at work is mostly a function of who you are doing it alongside. Talented folks also have a habit of making solving hard problems easier.
