Jack Mitchell

Jack focuses on identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions and partnering with Cranemere’s operating companies. 

He joined Cranemere from Citi where he worked in the company’s Global Chemicals Investment Banking Group for three years. He is from New Jersey and graduated with a BS in applied mathematics from Yale University.

I joined Cranemere because of its differentiated business model. Delivering value through long-term partnerships with founders excites me as I am able to assist in developing sustainable businesses.

When I’m not working, I’m doing some form of physical activity. From enjoying fresh air on walks or runs to golfing with friends to playing in a softball league, I have found that I feel my best and perform my best in all facets of life when I remain active.

I am a big fan of Philadelphia sports. Growing up in a suburb of and going to school in Philadelphia, I’ve come to love the unique and rambunctious fanbase. In person games are a one-of-a-kind experience in the City of Brotherly Love and I love going home and catching a game with family or friends.

The qualities I admire most in others are loyalty and dedication. Being able to rely on others regardless of circumstance, while also knowing that they will follow through, are two qualities that I hold in the highest regard.
